That is what I have done my entire career. Keppa brings that support home, for HVAC and plumbing teams across the Valley.

What I actually did for 11 years

My work has always been the same: taking new technology and making it work inside real operations. Not the idea of it. The day-to-day reality of it, inside real workflows, with real people.

Before Keppa, I spent 11 years at Amazon across logistics, delivery, grocery operations, and retail advertising. The title changed. The job did not.

Whenever a new system rolled out, someone had to make it work in the real world. With busy teams, messy edge cases, and no patience for "read the help article." That was me.

I have seen what happens when automation gets installed without respecting the workflow. Confusion. Friction. Then it gets turned off. The technology is rarely the problem. The handoff is.
